Rafner served as a National Account Executive with Think Patented of Dayton, OH.  Rafner served as the Regional Sales Development Manager for EFI, providing software solutions for the management of Printing and Mailing and Fulfillment facilities. He founded Nice Lines Direct Mail, Inc. in 1982, and was Chairman of the Board for the Mailing Fulfillment Service Association (Now Epicomm) from 2007 to 2008
